15, came to the table to discuss COYAC Recommendation #3. The recommendation
may be found in Attachment A.

Recommendation #3
discusses increasing the number of license psychologists for youth. Solutions
include offering financial relief for students studying psychology and
psychiatry and to create a grant program for schools to offer competitive
wages to school psychologist. Mr. Samson Kahle, former COYAC member, came
to the table to answer a committee question.
