Committee consideration of draft legislation - Colorado Digital Service - to introduce draft bill LLS 20-1085.01 as a Joint Technology Committee bill.

Nicole Myers, Office of Legislative Legal
Services, came to the table to discuss bill draft 20-1085.01 (Attachment
C).  The committee agreed that the bill will start in the Senate with
Senators Bridges and Tate being co-prime sponsors, and Representatives
Singer and Baisley being the co-prime sponsors in the House.  Senator
Todd and Representative Titone will be co-sponsors.  Committee discussion
ensued about the bill safety clause.



Luisa Altmann, Legislative Council Staff, came to the table to discuss
the upcoming JTC calendar.
