Representative Coleman presented Senate
Bill 18-025 and distributed two handouts [Attachments A and B]. The
bill clarifies election procedures for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District. To the extent that the district enters into coordinated
elections with member counties, the district must reimburse county clerks
and recorders for election costs using a formula specified in the bill.
