Representative Kennedy and Representative Will presented House Bill 22-1302, concerning health-care practice transformation to support whole-person health through integrated care models.  The bill creates the Primary Care and Behavioral Health Statewide Integration Grant Program to be administered by the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to provide grants to physical and behavioral health care providers for implementation of evidence-based clinical integration care models.
