Senate Bill 19-245 to the committee.  The bill allows the Colorado
Department of Human Services (DHS) to promulgate rules to amend the length
of time for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program appeals to comply
with federal law.  Amendment L.002 was distributed to the committee
(Attachment B).
