	01:44:00 PM	Dr. Cheryl Lovell, President; Heather Heersink, Vice President of Business and Finance and CFO; Kevin Daniel, Chief Information Officer; and Bruce DelTondo, Director of Auxiliary Services, Adams State University, presented the university's FY 2020-21 capital construction requests. Dr. Lovell first discussed the university and its achievements, and the community where the university resides. Mr. DelTondo responded to questions regarding the on-campus student resident population. Mr. DelTondo briefed the committee on the university's FY 2020-21 capital requests. Discussion ensued regarding the Plachy Hall HVAC Upgrade and Replacement capital renewal project.

Dr. Andy Feinstein, President, and Kirk Leichliter, Assistant Vice President for Facilities Management, University of Northern Colorado (UNC), presented the university's FY 2020-21 capital requests. Dr. Feinstein and Mr. Leichliter discussed UNC's top request, Heating Plant Boiler #3 Replacement. Mr. Leichliter responded to questions regarding the potential benefits of decoupling individual campus buildings and running the infrastructure separately, rather than tying them into central infrastructure. Discussion ensued regarding supplemental funding for the boiler based on a recent emergency leak.
