Senate Bill 22-205, concerning intoxicating hemp and tetrahydrocannabinol
products. The bill classifies certain industrial hemp products as adult-use
cannabis products, requires the manufacturer of these products be licensed
under the Colorado Marijuana Code, and creates penalties for violations.
He distributed and explained a strike below amendment L.007 (Attachment
K).
