Representative Lynch, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 21-1182, concerning law enforcement's acquisition of location information of a missing child's telecommunications device in an emergency situation.  Representative Lynch explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative Lynch responded to questions regarding why current law is not sufficient for allowing the tracking of vulnerable children.
