The committee returned to order. Jenifer Gurr, Chief Administrative Officer, and Jill Schnathorst, Chief Financial Officer, Department of Agriculture (CDA), presented CDA's FY 2022-23 capital requests. CDA's presentation is included as Attachment K. Ms. Gurr provided an overview of the projects. Discussion ensued regarding energy performance at the Colorado State Fair campus. Ms. Gurr responded to questions regarding how the Colorado State Fair fared recently, and the status of certain buildings on the fairgrounds.
