The committee came back to order.  Senator Cooke and Senator Fields presented Senate Bill 20-026, concerning workers' compensation benefits for audible trauma.  The bill modifies certain conditions of recovery in a workers' compensation case.  The bill expands the definition of psychologically traumatic events to include audible exposure to a death or serious bodily injury to qualify for workers' compensation benefits.
