Senators Daugherty and Liston, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 25-1034, which expands protections under the dangerous dog statute for serious bodily injuries inflicted by a dog on certain animal care professionals.

the bill. Mr. Judy Calhoun, representing NOCO Humane, testified in support
of the bill.  Mr. Rolfe responded to committee questions. Written
