Bryan Jameson, Department of Regulatory
Agencies (DORA), introduced himself and discussed the Sunset Report for
the state Electrical Board.  The committee received a copy of the
review (Attachment E) and a copy of the draft bill (Attachment F).

Ralph Lufen, National Electrical Contractors
Association: Rocky Mountain Chapter, spoke in support of the sunset report.
 He discussed some points of dissent with the report.  He responded
to questions from the committee.

Marilyn Stansbury, Independent Electrical
Contractors Rocky Mountain, spoke in support of the sunset report.  She
discussed points of disagreement with the report and possible amendments
to the draft bill.

Mr. Jameson returned to the table to respond to questions from the committee.

Mr. Morris, OLLS, explained the purpose
of amendment #1 to the draft bill.  A copy of the amendment was distributed
to the committee (Attachment G).
