	01:24:33 PM	The committee returned to order (1:30 pm). Ms. Julie Baca, Vice President of Finance and Administration, Western Colorado University, presented the university's FY 2020-21 capital construction requests. Ms. Baca first provided an overview of the university and its host community, and discussed some recently funded capital projects. Ms. Baca then discussed Western's controlled maintenance requests, and the Savage Library Renovation capital project. Ms. Baca responded to questions regarding the scope of a controlled maintenance project that will revitalize walkways, drainage, and other exterior elements. Ms. Baca responded to further questions regarding the scope of the Savage Library project.
