Rep. Young introduced Senate Bill 18-253. The bill establishes a uniform date of July 1, 2019, to transition the Department of Revenue's (DOR) CSTARS account to the new DRIVES Vehicle Services account. The bill also delays corresponding statutory repeal dates for one year.
