Lauren Larson, Executive
Director of the Office of State Planning and Budgeting, began her portion
of the presentation.  She provided a breakdown of the COVID-19 federal
funds allocated to Colorado, includingTitle V Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF)
allocations and expenditures by department, including $547 million to for
K-12 education, $450 million to higher education, $275 million to local
governments, and a legislative appropriation.  She reviewed the funds
allocated to public health-related measures, including a summary of COVID-19
response spending, and spoke about the state emergency reserve funds and
continuing need for economic stimulus.
