discussed the impact of the Gallagher Amendment on county financing.  He
provided an handout to the committee (Attachment F).

discussed the impact of the Gallagher Amendment in rural areas.

from the committee regarding local awareness of issues raised by the restrictions
of the Gallagher Amendment.

fire districts related to reductions in the assessment rate.
