Jeff Fitzgerald, Division Director of the Division of Unemployment Insurance at the Colorado Department of Labor

and Employment (CDLE), and Colleen Lynn, Director of Business Technology at CDLE,  gave the committee an update on the Unemployment Insurance system.  Director Fitzgerald and Ms. Lynn also explained how CDLE built and implemented a pandemic unemployment system as a result of COVID-19.  Director Fitzgerald and Ms. Lynn responded to questions from the committee.
