Aaron Citron, TNC, and Kathleen Curry, Ute Water Conservancy District, updated the the committee on the Colorado Water Congress instream flow subgroup. Mr. Citron and Ms. Curry responded to committee questions. Linda Bassi, CWCB staff, responded to committee questions about the state's instream flow loan program.
