Bill 20-1418.  This bill is the 2020 School Finance Act that sets
funding levels for Colorado's 178 P-12 school districts.  Senator
Todd explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Senator Lundeen
discussed some potential changes to the bill.  No witnesses testified
on the bill.
