HB21-1183 - Postponed Indefinitely
|

|
07:11:41 PM |
Representative Luck,
bill sponsor, introduced HB21-1183. The bill requires health care
providers that perform induced terminations of pregnancy to report certain
information to the Office of the State Registrar of Vital Statistics in
the Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and adds the failure
to report to the definition of âunprofessional conductâ for physicians
and physician assistants and to the grounds for discipline for advanced
practice registered nurses. The registrar must create an annual,
public summary report of non-identifying information, and the bill limits
and specifies the conditions under which the information may be shared.
Public testimony submitted for HB21-1183 can be found in Attachment L.
