Legal Officer of the University of Colorado Hospital Authority Board Of
Directors, and Dr. Philip Lane, reappointee to the University of Colorado
Hospital Authority Board of Directors, appeared remotely. The Governor's
appointment letter may be found in Attachment B. Ms. Melmed introduced
herself and Dr. Lane.
Dr. Lane introduced himself and explained his experience serving on the
board.
