related to the capability to participate in the judicial process in determining
whether to place a pereson into a pretrial diversion program. Representative
Bradfield explained the effect of the bill and discussed its need. Representative
English provided further information on the bill. Representative Bradfield
responded to questions. Submitted testimony for SB 24-006 may be
found at Attachment A.
