and Woodward, co-prime sponsors, presented House Bill 21-1146. House Bill
20-1206 repealed the requirement that a practitioner be licensed, certified,
or registered as a mental health professional to perform auricular acudetox.
This bill makes a conforming amendment consistent with that bill.
