Kendra Dunn, Director,
Division of Community and Family Support, Department of Early Childhood
(CDEC), presented to the committee. She discussed the CDEC's strategic
plan, and prevention programs, the relationship between child welfare and
child care, and the department's early intervention services. A copy of
the presentation was provided to the committee (Attachment N).
