the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), and Josh Schultz, Office
of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), provided an overview of the sunset
process.

Senators Winter and
Roberts were assigned as prime sponsors and the committee had no objection
to Senator Robert. Senators Catlin and Hinrichsen agreed to be co-sponsors.
The committee also had no objections to OLLS making technical change and
agreed to a petition clause.
