Ms. Michelle Barnes, interim Commissioner for the Behavioral Health Administration (BHA), introduced the supplemental request to the committee. The BHA is requesting an extension of spending authority, through FY 2024-25, to continue projects related to Behavioral Health Infrastructure Investments initially authorized in FY 2021-22 through FY 2023-24.
