There was no public testimony on this agenda item. Commissioner Gardner indicated that it may be best to delay introduction until the data privacy issues are resolved. There were concerns expressed that a non-uniform and less comprehensive bill may be introduced and enacted in the meantime. The commission's consensus was to defer consideration of this act until the 2021 legislative session.
