Ms. Helen Griffiths, representing the ACLU, testified in support of the bill. Ms. Griffiths discussed the benefits of obtaining jail data.

Ms. Christie Donner, representing the Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition, testified in support of the bill. Discussion ensued regarding the ramifications of publishing county jail data, and current data management tools.
