Lu Cordova, the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Revenue, and Theresa Szczurek, Executive Director of the Governor's Office of Information Technology (OIT), discussed the implementation of Senate Bill 19-006. Director Szczurek introduced team members from OIT and the Department of Revenue who will be working on the project. 

Amber Egbert, Department of Revenue, provided an overview of the work to develop the project scope.

Nancy Dierker, Director of Procurement, and Terri Fortenberry, IT Director for DOR, OIT, continued the presentation.

Task force discussion ensued.

Josh Pens, Director of Tax Policy Analysis, and Mark Nguyen,
Customer Contact Manager, Department of Revenue, discussed the department's
implementation of House Bill 19-1240 and other changes the department has
made to the sales and use tax system. A copy of the presentation can be
found in Attachment B.

They also provided task force members with a copy of the
