Supplemental appropriation - department of human services. The 2017 general appropriation act is amended to balance and make adjustments to the total amount appropriated to the department of human services. The general fund, cash funds, reappropriated funds, and federal funds portions of the appropriation are increased.
Restrictions on funds for the department in the 2016-17 fiscal year for the payment of overexpenditures of line item appropriations in early intervention services are released, in accordance with section 24-75-109 (4)(a).
