Concerning a requirement that the transportation infrastructure needs of federal military installations be given full consideration during the preparation of the comprehensive statewide transportation plan.

Bill Summary:

The act requires the comprehensive statewide transportation plan prepared by the department of transportation to include an emphasis on coordination with federal military installations in the state to identify the transportation infrastructure needs of the installations and ensure that those needs are given full consideration during the formation of the plan.
