The Executive Committee of the Legislative Council issued a Request for Proposal in late December seeking a consultant to conduct an independent and comprehensive review of the workplace culture in the General Assembly and make recommendations for how to improve statehouse policies governing workplace harassment. On January 24, a consultant was selected for this project, Denver-based Investigations Law Group. While the review of the workplace has many components, an important element of the assessment includes a survey available to the public to provide input on their experiences at the Capitol. If you do not work at the Capitol (aka Legislative Workplace) and would like to provide input on your experiences in the Legislative Workplace, please take 5 minutes to complete the survey. The public survey will close on Friday, March 9.
