Responsibilities and Definitions
The Capital Development Committee (CDC) was established in 1985 (House Bill 85-1070), and its statutory charge is found under Section 2-3-1301, et seq., C.R.S.
This memorandum identifies state funding for water supply projects, including the:

Pursuant to Senate Bill 13-082. The purpose of this committee is to review and propose legislation or other policy changes related to wildfire prevention, mitigation, and related matters, including public safety and forest health issues.
The General Assembly considered a variety of energy-related legislation during the 2014 session. The bills focused on changes to the renewable electricity standard, the Colorado Energy Research Authority, and enterprise zone investment tax credits.
