Senator Kerr, sponsor, presented Senate Bill 17-070 which concerns the delivery of quality online education within the public elementary and secondary education system. He explained the history behind the bill, and the work of stakeholders that went into the drafting of the bill. Senator Kerr answered questions from the committee.
