Representative Ransom and Representative Esgar presented House Bill 16-1018. The bill repeals the requirements that the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing (HCPF) submit reports to the General Assembly on the following topics:
- pediatric health care quality performance measures;
- prevention of coding errors;
- managed care quality;
- pharmacy utilization;
- Children's Basic Health Plan (CHP+) contractors;
- comprehensive medical plan;
- medical premiums under the federal Ticket to Work and Work Incentive Improvements Act of 1999; and
- CHP+ annual savings.
Representative Esgar referenced a fact sheet about the bill (Attachment A).
