of the fiscal note for Bill Draft 1 was distributed to the committee (Attachment

another potential amendment that would be brought forth during the legislative
session if the bill moves forward.

Duran, and Senator Michaelson Jenet further explained Bill Draft 2.

Fields provided additional information about the bill.
