I move that we direct staff to commence contract negotiations with the LexisNexis company to publish the C.R.S. and other publications, including but not limited to our session laws, pursuant to the RFP that was put out, to begin when the current contract ends, January 1, 2023, and to run for 5 years, and that once that contract is finalized that it be brought back to this Committee for review and final approval.
