A handout presenting the three options was distributed to the committee (Attachment A). Staff Updates - Committee Discussion Only 02:08:56 PM Mr. Reed provided an update for repair of art work damaged during the break in in February. 02:09:38 PM Mr. Lee explained the insurance repayment process for damages to the floor and walls of the first floor. 02:10:21 PM Mr. Reed continued and discussed the status of Mundus Bishops updates to the capitol grounds landscape planning. 02:11:02 PM Ms. Chapman discussed SB 19-075 concerning the placement of the Colorado Constitution in the capitol building. Committee discussion ensued. 02:13:23 PM Ms. Chapman also spoke about a proposed MOU between the governor's office and the Capitol staff regarding use of public areas.
