Bo Pogue and Vanessa Reilly, both of Legislative Council Staff, presented proposed field trips for the committee during the interim based on prior feedback from the committee. Committee discussion ensued regarding travel dates. Ms. Donaldson responded to a question about the overall goals for travel during the interim.

Ms. Heersink described the debt issuance for the institution's refinancing. Ms. Heersink responded to a question from the committee regarding the duration of the debt service.
