Representative Lee, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 16-1158, concerning continuation under the sunset law of the Identity Theft and Financial Fraud Board. Representative Lee explained the effect of the bill. Representative Lee responded to questions regarding the source of funding for the board. The following persons testified regarding HB 16-1158:
