Representative Kraft-Tharp introduced Senate Bill 18-219.  The bill requires a motor vehicle manufacturer to compensate each of its motor vehicle dealers for work on warranty obligations in accordance with the current market rate for labor and the profit margins on parts. She distributed amendments L.022 and L.030 and an explanation of amendment L.030 [Attachments B through D].
