| Moved that a interim committee request letter be written requesting a 6-person committee be formed to evaluate the findings and recommendations of the 2018 legislative workplace study and make recommendations to the Executive Committee for changes to Joint Rule 38, legislative workplace policies, legislative human resource staffing, and legislative culture, and that included in the letter be the ability to form subcommittees, designation of the chair be a House member and the vice-chair be a Senate member, permission for five meetings, and direction for the committee to refer recommendations for legislation to the Executive Committee. |
