Kurt Cary, Vice President of Administration and Chief Operations Officer and Mr. Larry Mortensen, Athletic Director, both representing Adams State University presented one FY 2018-19 capital construction request. Committee members received a copy of Mr. Cary's presentation (Attachment D). Mr. Cary walked the committee through the presentation and responded to questions from the committee. Mr. Mortensen discussed the importance of Plachy Hall to the region. He said it was built as a training facility for the 1976 Olympics. Mr. Cary responded to additional questions from the committee.
