Mr. Henry Sobanet, representing the Governor's Office of State Planning and Budgeting (OSPB), briefed the committee on OSPB's FY 2018-19 capital construction priorities, and the state's overall budget outlook. Committee members received a packet of slides supporting Mr. Sobanet's presentation (Attachment A). Mr. Sobanet responded to questions regarding the prioritization of Level 1 controlled maintenance in OSPB's FY 2018-19 priority list in light of spending on controlled maintenance in FY 2017-18.
