Senator Todd, prime sponsor, presented House Bill 17-1044. The reengrossed bill redefines autocycles as motorcycles that do not use handlebars and have passengers riding in a fully or partly enclosed seating area. The bill also clarifies that child restraint and safety belt laws apply to autocycles. She distributed amendment L.003 (Attachment A) and amendment L.004 (Attachment B).
