Senator Heath and Senator Crowder, co-prime sponsors, came to the table to discuss House Bill 16-1129, concerning measures for enhanced enforcement against acts of charitable fraud. The committee heard testimony on the bill at its April 11 meeting. Senator Crowder distributed amendments L.009 (Attachment A) and L.010 (Attachment B), and Senator Roberts distributed amendments L.007 (Attachment C) and L.008 (Attachment D).
