Leader Fenberg introduced Senate Bill 21-260.  The bill creates new
sources of dedicated funding for the state’s transportation system, creates
four new state enterprises, modifies an existing state enterprise, and
expands authority for transportation planning organizations.  The
bill sponsors answered several committee questions.  Presentation
