Senator Williams and Senator Hill, co-prime sponsors, presented Senate Bill 17-139, which indefinitely extends the excise tax credit for sales of non-cigarette tobacco products to out-of-state consumers. Under current law, the credit is set to repeal effective September 1, 2018.
