chair, called the meeting to order.  Anna Gerstle, Legislative Council
Staff, introduced herself and the other fiscal analysts in the room and
explained the fiscal note process. Alana Rosen and Jason Gelender, Office
of Legislative Legal Services (OLLS), introduced themselves and discussed
the bill drafting process.
