Senator Bridges,
chair, invited the appointees to the Institute for Cannabis Research Governing
Board to introduce themselves to the committee.  A copy of the Governor's
appointment letter can be found as Attachment A.  Dr. Chad Kinney,
Director of the Institute of Cannabis Research, spoke about the work of
the board and the institute.  Appointees Malik Hasan, Joanna Zeiger,
and Sherard Rogers took turns telling the committee about their background
and why they would like to serve on the board.  The panel answered
questions from the committee.
